The Digital Superintendent is a Java application. Digital Superintendent allows users to synchronize their K1 Concepts' managed online plan room with the local files on their field-based tablet computers.

• Selectable projects and folders
• Detect renamed projects, folders, and files
• Can select alternative digital superintendent directory under advanced settings.
• Log viewer
• If detected, it will automatically update to the newest version.
• Runs download thread in NORM Priority – 1 so as not to take up all the CPU time so you can run other programs while files are being downloaded
• There is an auto file update feature. Add the switch –auto to the end of the command and it will automatically update the projects you have selected.
• Resize TIFF files on download
• Allows for connections through a proxy server
• Can automatically install Alternatiff
• Can automatically register all tiff files with Alternatiff
• Provides secure access to restricted projects and their files
• Moves old files/folders to an archived folder
• Can turn on and off archiving at the Project, Folder, and SubFolder levels
• Can change the default local path at the Project, Folder, and SubFolder levels
